Terms and Conditions and Waiver

​

When signing up for classes you agree to our below terms and conditions and waiver form. These are also sent to you to read and agree to when first signing up to bookaby.

 

1. Students must book via bookaby to secure spaces. Students that have not booked on will not be allowed to take part in the classes. Please make sure to contact first before moving to another class to make sure there are available spaces.

 

2. An email will be sent out to all students towards the end of each term and given a priority booking time to book on to the next term before priority booking finishes and anyone can book the classes. Spaces in each session are limited to a certain amount of spaces, if you have not booked on during the priority booking period you may risk losing the space.

 

3.No refunds or carrying sessions over will be available once payment and a booking has been made or students miss any classes. We do offer a Facebook group which allows students to arrange their own catch up sessions for classes.

 

4. If a student arrives late to class it may result in not being able to attend that session if they miss the warm up as this is very important.

 

5.There are to be no spectators in classes unless there is a reasons to do so and agreed with instructor.

 

6. Students are to bring their own drink to class.

 

7. Students are to wear suitable clothing and footwear to classes I.e Leggings, fitted top, leotard, bare feet or grip socks.

 

8. Students are to have hair tied up for class.

 

9. Students are to wear no jewellery or have it taped over for class.

 

10. Instructors are to be notified if a student is not attending class via the Facebook student catch up group.

 

11. Students must not attend classes under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 

12. Records should be updated if there are any changes asap.

 

13. FMC Circus Arts/Instructors are not responsible for any students lost or damaged property.

 

14. FMC Circus Arts/Instructors are not responsible for how students travel to and from classes.

 

15. At FMC Circus Arts we teach exercises in our own order of syllabus that encourages gradual strength and confidence building. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur because of a students negligence.

 

16. Although there are lots of safety measures in place there are still risks of injury and bruising due to the nature of the classes and activities. FMC circus arts/Instructors are not responsible for any injuries that occur during the session.

 

17. Basic first aid will be given if an injury occurs during the class but if the injury is serious parents will be called to collect or the instructor will call for an ambulance and accompany the student if the emergency contact has not arrived in time.

 

18. Students and parents are to arrive on time for classes and pick up and wait outside for the instructor to let them in or bring the Children out.

 

19. If classes are cancelled due to unforseen circumstances including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, serious illness or accident, facilities damage or government legislation then you will notified via email and social media platforms. There is no entitlement to a refund if FMC Dance and Circus Arts is forced to cancel classes beyond our reasonable control.

 

20. Contact is to be made via email or messenger to FMC Circus Arts. Please do not contact via the instructors personal social media profiles.

 

21. Classes run throughout half terms and the summer holidays with two weeks off over the Christmas period.
